Geo connects with his subjects in a humble and curious way that allows him to capture the true character within. His photos are often described as bright, cinematic and at times hyper-realistic. Having lived his life on both the west and east coasts, his art brings out his optimistic view of the world with an urge to make his audience smile. Now based in Seattle, Washington, Geo is a commercial and portrait photographer who is consistently taking photos for clients and for his love of photography.
Taking pictures is all I’ve ever done. My career started while working for a school portrait company at the age of 17 which led to attending a college specializing in photography. I spent seven years in New York City honing my skills as a commercial and portrait photographer. After spending a winter snowboarding in Lake Tahoe with my then girlfriend, I headed to the Pacific Northwest to lay down roots. Eight years later I am still taking photos, married to the girlfriend, have a social media addicted dog, a studio in Seattle and a son named Ryatt.
I love taking pictures, creating productions and seeing through an image to the final edit. Whether it’s taking photos of last night’s supermoon, or producing and photographing the largest 3 ring circus in the world, I enjoy it all. Don’t hesitate to reach out, I enjoy meeting new people and would love to work with you.
